Design Notes

To express it in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, we select aaaaaaatg as the kozac sequence. But in the part sequence, it does not contain the kozac sequence.


Source

The original sequence are gotten from add gene(plasmid #79649). It is in the same ORF of TRPV1. It's amplified by PCR.
